Why is there sunflower oil? I heard it is bad.

There is no sunflower oil. It is sunflower monoglycerides, which is different. We generally suggest avoiding seed oils because they are high in Omega-6 fats that counteract some of the benefits of Omega-3. Here, we use a tiny amount of sunflower monoglycerides as a lubricant, which does not contain Omega-6. Sunflower monoglycerides are not the same as sunflower oil that is available at the grocery store. So, there is no Omega-6 and therefore, no risk.
