I got an expired product. What can I do?
We are so sorry that happened. Please email us a picture of the expired bottle with the expiration date to service@innovixlabs.com so we can conduct a thorough investigation. We manufacture new batches multiple times each year, so Amazon warehouse should always have fresh product. If you got an expired product, it is because Amazon warehouse lost the bottle and found it a year or two later. We are more than happy to send you a replacement bottle that was recently made.
