Choline supplements are generally considered safe for most people when taken in recommended amounts. When Choline is consumed in much higher doses than recommended, thre may be occasional digestive distress or fishy body odor. The recommended dosage of two capsules daily delivers 550 mg of Choline. The upper tolerable intake for adults is 3500 mg or 12 capsules. We strongly suggest that you do not exceed two capsules per day.
