Long term storage (weeks or months) should either be at or below room temperature. You may store it in the fridge. Do not freeze this product.
However, if it arrives warm, it is still fine to consume. Brief exposure to hot summer weather during shipping will not damage the product. If the product arrives warm after shipping, simply place it in the fridge for 30 minutes before consuming.
If the product has been repeatedly exposed to 100+ degrees it may cause the Chewies to melt and stick to the foil.
